Job DescriptionDrive the delivery of client benefits programs from design, pricing and contracting to execution and financial/performance tracking for SG & MY markets, through close coordination with internal teams (sourcing, legal, finance etc), vendors and clientsManage, update and track the managed services financial reporting for 3 markets (SG, MY & TH)Manage end to end hiring process for managed services resources including reviewing profiles, interviews, onboarding and check-insWork with internal partners such as sourcing, finance and legal, to support execution of managed benefits programs and build strong relationships to optimize processes and delivery.Support the onboarding process for vendors, agencies and partnersDocument processes, key learnings and best practices

Qualifications

What you will need

8+ years professional experience with Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExperience working within the banking industry with operational experience within a card portfolio context preferredSuperior time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex and long-term projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and experience with financial reporting, to manage pipeline and performance reportingAbility to create detailed timelines and ensure key milestones are met.Ability to proactively develop and refine detailed processes internally as well as with external vendors.Long team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organisationExcellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality/rigor in work productExcellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities, to effectively interact with internal teams (incl legal, procurement, HR), 3rd party vendors/agencies as well as client teamsHighly organized and self-motivated, results-oriented individual


What will also help

Ideally worked in project management, product management, vendor management and/or procurement functionsProven experience working as primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including clients, vendors and team members.Expert user of Microsoft office tools particularly excelPost graduate education/Master’s degree will be highly regarded
