Delivery Manager – IT Service Delivery (18+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a highly experienced Delivery Manager with 18+ years in IT service delivery. This role involves end-to-end management of service delivery, including resource onboarding, people management, financial oversight, client reporting, service improvement, SLA compliance, and transition management. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud, and expertise in budgeting, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Client Management Ensure seamless IT service delivery, maintaining SLAs and driving service improvements. Foster strong client relationships and ensure transparent reporting. People & Resource Management Lead resource onboarding, performance management, and team development. Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment. Financial Oversight Manage budgets, cost optimization, forecasting, and profitability. Implement cost-saving strategies to enhance service efficiency. Transition Management Oversee service transitions, ensuring smooth handovers with minimal disruption. Align transition processes with business and client requirements. IT Infrastructure & Cloud Basic to mid-level expertise in cloud, networking, and infrastructure services. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Required Qualifications 18+ years in IT service delivery, with leadership experience. Strong knowledge of ITIL, SLA management, financial planning, and cost control. Proven expertise in client engagement, stakeholder management, and service transformation. Experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
