The Delivery Operations Manager (DOM) is responsible for the safe, reliable, high-quality, and profitable execution of delivery projects within their portfolio, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving KONE's business objectives. The DOM manages portfolio performance using KPIs and data, setting targets and actions for their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Safety and Quality: Promote a culture of safety and quality, ensuring the use of correct installation methods and tools.Customer Management: Establish a service-minded culture, manage customer disputes, and track feedback.Team Leadership: Lead, evaluate, and develop the operations team to achieve safety, quality, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.Installation Management: Drive efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations, optimizing resource utilization.Project Management: Ensure seamless and reliable project delivery, identify value-added services, and manage change orders.Operational Management: Organize effective meetings with field supervisors and manage project performance.Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements, standardize ways of working, and adhere to Lean principles.Professional Requirements:
