Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilizing the route calendar and the delivery schedule, wave routes according to the warehouse schedule to ensure timely picking of products in DCs utilizing Manhattan. Using the delivery schedule and working with the DC management team to ensure all routes are prewaved and ready for the DC pick process. Create and follow SOPs for wave research related to failures, overages, and locations. Work with DC partners to ensure all scheduled pieces make it into picking on time to avoid delays to customer orders or a negative impact to delivered sales. Provide support as it relates to add-ons, pull-offs, and other inventory adjustments impacted by the waving process. Support team with Salesforce cases and assist with escalations. Process 3PL routes.

Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred Years of experience: Some customer service experience preferred Valid Driver’s license preferred Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of computer programs Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures. Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary.

 

Essential Functions of the Position:

Performing tasks using a computer and telephone daily Repetitive processing steps. Maintain confidentiality of customer’s information. Always willing to adapt to change and keep an open mind to training Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.
