You Are:
As the UST Delivery Program Manager for SaaS based Business Applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow) implementation projects, you’ll collaborate extensively with the passionate certified experts on the technical delivery services teams (onshore, nearshore, and offshore) and engage with client stakeholders throughout the program life cycle. Your responsibilities will include program leadership, resource planning, and ensuring program profitability during the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow solutions. Leveraging Microsoft project management tools and implementation methodologies, as well as industry best practices, you’ll guide successful projects across diverse industry verticals such as telecom, retail, BFSI, Hitech manufacturing.
The Opportunity:
· Act as a trusted adviser and Business Applications program delivery management SME to clients in an implementation and support projects.
· Responsible for delivering the required outcomes from the UST program delivery, from mobilization and initiation through to execution and closure.
· Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues, and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
· Defining the program’s organization and internal governance framework.
· Ensuring the integrity of the program – focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate technical and specialist standards.
· Managing the program’s budget, monitoring costs against benefits (profit) realized as the program progresses.
· Ensuring projects deliver and meet requirements to the appropriate quality, time, and budget criteria, in accordance with the UST Program Plan (including the program schedule) and program governance arrangements.
· Designs program and cross workstream organization structure & resourcing.
· Identifies and manages Inter-workstream dependencies, risks and issues.
· Prioritizes deliverables, integrating schedules across work streams & managing cross project dependencies.
· Develop project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders to ensure feasible and achievable deliverables.
· Work closely with the customer’s Program Manager and functional team.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· Client-Site Engagement: Experience with onsite client management and consulting, providing value-driven leadership in a client-facing role.
· Project Management:
o Manage complex SaaS-based business applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP and ServiceNow.
o Lead full lifecycle implementations for these platforms. o Handle multiple, concurrent projects with geographically dispersed consulting teams.
· Business Consulting:
o Act as a Business Consultant with deep expertise in one or more areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP and ServiceNow.
o Ensure solutions are tailored to meet client objectives and maximize value.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $110,000-$165,000
A successful employee in this role may be eligible for incentive payments based on company and individual performance.
Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role.

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
