Delivery Service Partners (DSP) Recruiting Coordinator, Last Mile Account Management

We are looking for a DSP Recruiting Coordinator who will take a key role in recruiting Delivery Service Partners (DSPs). The DSP program is designed to offer entrepreneurs an opportunity to establish a successful package delivery business with low start-up costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. The main responsibilities include, but not limited to, driving efforts to convert from leads to application, screening and evaluating the applications submitted, contacting candidates to offer support, arranging interviews and handing qualified DSP candidates to Business Development Managers. The DSP Recruiting Coordinator is also responsible for working with the Business Intelligence team to automate the recruiting metrics and focused on process improvement to make the work more efficient and standardized in order to increase productivity as a team and adopt best practices and new processes in the DSP recruiting practice from worldwide to Japan for selection of qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and has demonstrated the excellent communication skill. The DSP Recruiting Coordinator is the first point of contact to interface with the DSP candidates and spends great amount of time communicating with various stakeholders throughout the organization. Therefore, professionalism and an ability to build relationships of trust with the candidates and stakeholders are critical.

Key job responsibilities
• Support DSP acquisition goals and objectives
• Contact prospects /candidates to gather additional information, address questions and provide necessary support through the recruiting journey
• Review applications and evaluate against the quality metrics including the Road to Ownership (entrepreneur development program)
• Perform necessary screening of candidates to ensure eligibility and qualification
• Update the launch forecast and recruiting performance metrics on a weekly basis and share along with insights and recommended actions.
• Work with the telemarketing vendor to invite leads to webinars
• Lead actions to improve conversions from leads to application by collaborating with Recruiting Coordinator support personnel and establish proper tracking
• Continuously seek to improve recruiting standard processes to increase efficiencies
• Manage interview scheduling and schedule changes and facilitate the interviews
• Record accurately the status of each candidates in the candidate management tool for timely tracking and action taking
• Lead or support planning of events and marketing campaigns related to DSP candidate acquisition
