Amazon’s Transportation Operations team is seeking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Brazil Transportation team. This person is responsible for generating leads to acquire bar-raising DSPs through marketing campaigns and events. Also in charge of overseeing media planning and activation of all online/offline marketing campaigns to recruit DSPs. Key job responsibilities Lead Identification: Identify and qualify potential leads to be recruited as Delivery Services Providers (DSPs); Media Planning and Activation: Oversee the planning and execution of all online and offline marketing campaigns aimed at recruiting DSPs, ensure effective activation and optimization of these campaigns across various channels; Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation and management of all recruiting-related content, including website content, emails, social media posts, and other communication channels, ensure the consistency and quality of the recruiting messaging across all channels; Corrective Action and Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance of recruiting efforts and request corrective actions as needed, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise throughout the recruitment process, escalating to higher authorities as necessary; Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Ensure compliance with global process standards throughout the recruitment activities, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarking with other regions or geographies, to identify and implement best practices. Basic Qualifications - Experience in business development management, marketing and/ or inbound marketing in Operations, Logistics, E-commerce, Transportation or similar markets; - Completed Bachelor’s Degree; - MS Office experience required, with Excel knowledge; - Advanced English and Fluent Portuguese proficiency. Preferred Qualifications - Excellent written; - Good analytical and problem solving skills with a capability of setting priorities and working under pressure; - Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
