Position Summary

Solution Analyst – Business Technology; Deloitte Consulting, US Delivery Center

Work you’ll do

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through project implementation and application knowledge. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

Knowledge Areas- Business Technology

Drive Cloud technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing to capture integration requirements and curate analysis workshops to formulate detailed specifications for the development teamsPerform assessments of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and/or current process/system capabilities to conduct key stakeholder training on new system configurations and end user trainingDevelop solutions to client problems through application of various Enterprise resource planning (ERP) methods and tools; validate solutions to subject matter expertsDefine, build, and implement enhancements to processes and structure utilizing strong skills in problem solving, and attention to detailDevelop and maintain customized integrated solutions to connect systems, databases, and applications to support the draft of technical design documentationLeverage data and database knowledge to transform historical data into new solutions

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025 in these or related areas of studyEngineering/STEM, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics)Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodationsExpectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travelMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Preferred

Confidence in technology-driven tasks, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational/ process design awareness, executive presence, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings. Familiarity with GenAI tools and applications
