Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below. 


Knowledge Areas- Communications

In alignment with the Communication Plan/Strategy understand the project requirements, client style & tone, goals, due dates, and moreSupport audits of existing campaign assets and utilize a content style guide that includes tone of voice, glossary, and guidelinesDevelop creative solutions to meet client goals through use of various advertising and marketing principles; rationalize solutions to delivery leads and subject matter expertsAssist in the Define, building and implementation of enhancements to processes, systems, and structure of the content strategy craftDevelop customized solutions and draft documentation utilizing strong skills in problem solving, grammar, punctuation, and attention to detailLeverage data and content strategy knowledge to transform historical assets into new solutions for delivery


Qualifications 

Required:

Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2025 in these or related areas of study:Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, Digital Marketing, History, Public Policy, Organizational Psychology, Education/Learning, Social Sciences, Business or other related field or equivalent experienceStrong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to Frankfort, KY with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations (After 2 years of employment in this role, expected to relocate to any delivery location without support of relocation assistance (subject to the terms of a repayment agreement))Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travelMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role

Familiarity and awareness of the communications fieldProject management support and workplan support experienceRisk and issue management support experienceStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills Ability to think creatively and conceptually, with a passion for storytellingStrong creative, writing, editing, organizational and planning skills and a willingness to learn from othersExposure to change management and communication strategies Presentation experience and understanding of digital, print and video communication channelsStrong attention to detail, time management and follow throughAbility to work well with others in a team environment
