These roles are part-time and hourly and can be done remotely working with students based around the world.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Working closely with a variety of students based across the world - including the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Conducting formal module sessions with students on a frequent ongoing basis Using curriculum knowledge to deliver high-quality academic and professional skills to Delta Careers students in a particular domain. Conducting weekly office hours to assist students with seminar content, address case study inquiries, and offer valuable career advice.
Collaborating with the Delta Careers Team by sharing program outlines, comprehensive lesson plans, and session content prior to the program's commencement. Ensuring timely sharing of session recordings, materials, and notes within 24 hours for students' reference and review. Guiding and supporting student teams in ideation, problem-solving, and the submission of the Final Case Study, culminating in the Final Pitch Night. Maintaining reasonable levels of communication with students outside of formal sessions. Developing and assessing student evaluations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Strong expertise and experience in your professional field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and engage with students. Proven ability to create engaging and impactful learning experiences. A passion for nurturing talent and empowering students to succeed. Availability of 10 hours / week for the duration of the work experience program.
