Job Description & Qualifications

The purpose of the role is to Optimize customer service levels. This is done through capturing local market demand in the ADS, and to ensure that this demand is met by sufficient volumes at the correct time. The main process used for this is the SOP process, which the Demand Planner owns and drives for applicable products. Stock inventory will be managed, both through setting safety stock levels and monitoring stock levels. Work is mainly conducted in SAP, Rapid Response and Microsoft Excel.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Demand Planning: Lead the S&OP process, analyze demand forecasts (commercial and statistical), and collaborate with commercial teams to ensure accurate demand planning.

Manage the Approved Demand Statement (ADS) and communicate constraints to key stakeholders.

Supply Planning: Work closely with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on market needs and volumes.

Be the point of contact and manage the supply chain for assigned products, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Full supply chain responsibility for portfolio assigned from vendors to local market, including placing purchase orders & booking transports from L2L vendors if/when applicable.

Stock Level Management: Manage stock levels of applicable products to optimize service levels while avoiding overstocking.

Set, manage and adjust safety stock levels (in line with local & regional policy) of assigned products to optimize service levels without increasing scrapping.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the simplification of demand planning tasks and implementation of new processes.

Collaborate with local and global teams to improve supply chain operations and achieve business objectives.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal, GDP, and regulatory standards.

Manage narcotic licenses and maintain accurate documentation for the Viatris portfolio.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (e.g Supply Chain)

A minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain or Replenishment is preferred

Previous experience using in SAP is advantageous.

Previous experience in GXP environment is advantageous.

Advance level of speaking and writing in English and Intermediate level of Swedish are required
