Your Key Responsibilities

Demand Processing

Provide global guidance and set standards for Demand Management processes. Train and support regional teams to ensure effective and sustainable practices.

Performance Management

Monitor performance KPIs, identify process gaps, and coordinate improvement actions. Optimize inventory management and resolve supply bottlenecks in collaboration with regional and production teams. Oversee orderbook quality, including tracking orders and implementing corrective measures.

Team Qualification

Develop training materials, deliver sessions, and ensure knowledge transfer across regions.

Project Management

Lead and support projects focused on Demand Management and process optimization. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management roles Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with KPIs and process improvement Excellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural/regional teams Ability to lead projects and drive cross-functional initiatives Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in developing training materials and delivering training sessions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage Willingness to travel internationally if required.
