Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Demand Forecast Analyst. This is a remote position that requires 10% travel annually.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $65250.0 - $95700.0 a year.

What you’ll do:The Demand Forecast Analyst supports the marketing-based demand management process for the North America Wiring Device Product line. You will utilize statistical forecasting models as well as sales and marketing inputs to reconcile any discrepancies between forecasting and sales. You will also review demand generation from various warehouse locations in order to make appropriate allocations.
Additionally:
Recognize, follow, and analyze trends in the market. Develop monthly sales forecast and allocation to shipping plant through demand forecasting. Work with sales and marketing teams to gather assumptions and data pertaining to forecast changes, trends and events. Develop KPI’s to measure accuracy of forecast at the shipping plant level. Assist Demand Manager in preparing and presenting reports detailing these market factors to leadership to help inform marketing and production strategy decisions. Investigate and reconcile disconnect between actual sales and forecast. Administer, audit and trouble shoot forecasting software to ensure data integrity. Perform ad hoc analysis as needed, respond to forecast queries from various departments. Qualifications:Basic (required) Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, supply chain, finance, or business from an accredited universityOne year of experience in demand forecasting or inventory management within a manufacturing organization/environment Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred qualifications:
APICS Certification Inventory management experience Advanced experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP and forecast software such as Demantra Strong analytical and mathematical skills, and the ability to apply qualitative data quantitively
