Demand Forecast Manager
Role Purpose

Develop Display sales forecast based on desired Commercial targets, provide insight from data analytics, and align with business priorities and other cross-functional efforts to achieve business goals

Key Responsibilities

 • Conduct 18-month and 5-year forecasting processes and integrate cross-functional views to propose collaborative demand statements.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models using statistical tools or software.
• Work closely with Regional Commercial teams, Intelligence team and Supply Chain to gather inputs and adjust forecasts based on updated information.
• Coordinate with functional leads to prepare demand scenarios for supply simulation to maximize resources and balance inventory to meet business goals.
• Partner with PLM to incorporate product strategy into demand forecast and track product performance in terms of sales volume and market share.
• Identify potential risks in the forecast, such as market disruptions or changes in customer behavior, and develop contingency plans to avoid supply unmet or supply excess.
• Regularly present detailed sales forecasts and insights to leaderships, explaining variances and proposing adjustments.
• Continuously review and enhance forecasting processes, tools, and technologies to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor's Degree or above – MBA or Master's Degree in business-related fields.
• 7 years+ in commercial, business or finance function; ideally in a position requiring business or data analysis.
