Job Purpose/Mission/Summary

The Demand Generation Data Management Specialist will work cross-functionally with members of the Demand Generation Strategy & Analytics team within Lexmark’s marketing organization. This role will bridge the administrative gap of data management from demand generation campaigns to D365 activity attribution. The data management specialist will be incorporated in the existing global campaigns processes and will be encouraged to offer insights and ideas to optimize these processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Create and disposition D365 campaigns via Eloqua for the use in activity attribution and measurement into Microsoft Dynamics. Load activity lists to Eloqua to facilitate accurate revenue and pipeline measurement for offline activities, such as events, mailers, content syndication, etc. Maintain thorough records of all leads that are received, sales organization to which they were passed, whether the lead was accepted, and D365 records to track end results of leads. Receive and maintain ticket management within Workfront for sales accepted and transfer case requests. Execute D365 data transfers of accounts, contacts, and/or leads where needed to facilitate demand generation attribution and measurement. Manage new user set up and disposition of sales tools for Tele Sales agents, including D365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, etc. Once established, add and share any requisite views and lists with said agents in D365. Download and host data lists for marketing dashboard attribution from systems including: D365, Eloqua, Salesloft, Triblio, etc. Competencies, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Precise attention to detail. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication skills, including written, interpersonal, and presenting. Self-starter that thrives on independent work and has a strong internal drive to move projects from concept to completion. Team player that excels at building strong, functional work relationships across teams, departments, and geographies. A positive attitude and willingness to accept and embrace the fast-paced changes and challenges of the technology industry. Education, Experience and Certifications Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum 2 years working experience in a business environment.
