Demand Generation Manager

Patterson Dental is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Customer Marketing team. In this role you will be responsible for generating a robust pipeline of marketing qualified leads for the commercial software business. You will plan, develop and execute impactful, customer-centric, fully-integrated marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives leveraging paid, earned, and owned media channels including events.

The role will utilize analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns and web experiences for increasingly greater outcomes. You will work with product management, product design, inside sales, creative and channel teams to align and execute your work. You will need to blend a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, marketing analytics, and strong execution skills. This is a newly created role that will have significant influence in driving Patterson’s software growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of the customer, products, buyer’s journey and associated personasDevelop a cohesive, integrated marketing strategy that engages the customer during their journey, educating them on the value of Patterson Revolve software solutionsDevelop, maintain, and execute a quarterly demand generation calendarWork with 3rd party agency to build SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategyDevelop a marketing strategy to mitigate churn and drive expansions, upsells, and customer happinessInvestigate and test new demand generation tactics, technology, and processes to drive greater effectiveness and efficiencyBuild a strategy and plan to promote and engage new customers at key tradeshow eventsDesign and manage the lead flow process for all campaignsIdentify optimization opportunities, implement testing, and adjust programs to maximize valueMeasure, analyze, and report campaign performance against a set of KPIsAs campaigns launch, study lead progression and account journeys to develop keen insight on the customer’s evaluation and buying process

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related area of study5 -7 years of experience in B2B customer marketingExperience in commercial software marketing/demand generation, a plusProven success driving end-to-end demand generation campaignsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic knowledge of Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, Meta tagging etcCreative thinker with willingness to proactively and constantly look for and try new ideasComfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results in a rapid-growth environmentProficiency with excel and PowerPoint presentationsFinancial and budget management savviness

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $106,400.00 - $133,000.00
