We are seeking a data-driven and creative Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will be pivotal in driving our demand generation efforts across multiple channels, including email marketing, advertising, nurture campaigns, and more. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for generating marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and achieving MQL goals that directly contribute to our sales pipeline and overall company growth.
What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team
Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive high-quality MQLs, supporting our business goals. Campaign Management: Manage and execute demand generation initiatives, including but not limited to email marketing, digital advertising, content syndication, webinars, and nurture programs. Lead Nurturing: Build and optimize lead nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel, increasing conversion rates and accelerating sales opportunities. Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, making data-driven adjustments to improve results. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to align on messaging, assets, and campaign strategies that resonate with our target audience. Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and report on key demand generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to meet or exceed MQL targets. Testing & Optimization: Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email, landing page, and ad performance, ensuring consistent growth in lead quality and volume. Budget Management: Assist in managing the demand generation budget, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget and deliver maximum ROI.
What You Should Have to Qualify
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role Proven track record of meeting or exceeding MQL targets and driving measurable pipeline growth. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies, including email, paid search, social media, content syndication, and display advertising. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with the healthcare or physical therapy space is a plus but not required.

While job postings offer a pay range as a general reference, the final offer depends on candidate qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide equitable compensation that recognizes your unique skills and contributions. During interviews, we'll discuss your qualifications and expectations, striving for a competitive and fair offer. The initial hiring range for this position is: $84,700 - $114,400.
