To learn more, visit franklincovey.com . **Title:** Demand Generation Manager **Division & Department:** Enterprise Marketing **Status:** Full-Time Exempt **Reports to:** Sr. Director of Demand Generation **Location:** Remote—Anywhere in the contiguous US **Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute various marketing initiatives including strategic marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement for FranklinCovey. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, data-driven decision-maker, and adept at managing cross-functional teams to drive successful B2B campaigns and achieve marketing goals and strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing technology and data analytics. **Essential Job Functions** + Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (such as paid social media, email, web, digital content) to drive lead generation and customer engagement. + Implement strategies to attract, qualify, and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel. + Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from planning and execution to measurement and optimization. + Analyze campaign performance metrics, user engagement, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. + Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in B2B marketing. + Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives. + Lead the implementation of our chatbot enhancements and streamlining chatbot interactions. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. + 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing. **Preferred Skills & Experience** + Experience with content marketing, social media marketing, and demand generation. + Experience with 6 Sense, Marketo, Drift, and Google Analytics. + Strong understanding of marketing technology, including CRM, marketing automation, revenue intelligence platform, and analytics tools. + Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution. + Analytics mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines. + Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a remote environment. **For location-specific compensation** California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $85-95k.
