Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

Work together with country/regional marketing leadership to develop a field marketing plan that supports sales objectives and grows the customer base. Research, recommend and drive targeted marketing plans that bring together corporate programs, opportunities and activities. This role will need to establish a close and efficient two-way communication with Japan President, sales leadership, marketing leadership, corporate and vertical marketing and the field sales teams. Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of the field marketing plan.  Ensure all activities achieve standards, adhere to current messaging and remain within guidelines.  Forecast, evaluate, measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.  Engage with sales, inside sales, and partner sales to track lead follow- up, qualification and conversion to ensure there is alignment between the field marketing activity and lead follow-up.  Build cross-functional programs focused on CXO engagement and strategic growth.  Build and nurture strong relationships with key C-suite executives, aligning engagement efforts with the company’s long-term growth strategy including executive database maintenance for periodical communication  Ensure the voice of the executive is reflected in company-wide strategic initiatives and growth planning  Work with ServiceNow Account Directors and directly with Partners to understand the demands of their business, gathering insight and translating these business needs into the wider marketing plan. Build and execute joint-marketing plans and programs with partners, that result in measurable pipeline growth and revenue  Drive partner enablement by executing workshops and/certification programs.   

Qualifications8+ years marketing experience in a comparable industry. (SaaS or IT industry is preferred.). Experiences in field marketing, executive marketing, and partner/channel marketing are highly preferred.Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans that meet specified ROI, sales and campaign objectives. A proven track record of managing cross-functional programs focused on executive engagement or strategic growth Strong budget management and project tracking capabilities.Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, high growth environment under tight deadlines.The ability to manage multiple programs at one time and support a diverse sales organization.Strong presentation, writing and communication skills required.Creative problem solver and resourceful in meeting marketing program goals to grow market share.Ability to think strategically and articulate strategic initiatives.Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritize on their own, and delegate tasks when appropriate.Strong knowledge use of BI tool, Marketing Automation Tool, CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics, etcExcellent coordination, networking & communication skillsAble to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies with excellent communication and influencing skillsStrong in Japanese and English communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations and environmentsGood team-working skills
