The Demand Generation team sits in the UK Acquisition and Marketing Team within the International Card Services organization, which recently brought together American Express consumer and commercial international issuing businesses to operate within a single business unit. The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Manager in building and evolving the demand generation strategy to continue grow acquisition for both Amex Personal and Business Cards in the UK. **How will you make an impact in this role?** + **Project management** : Manage key cross-functional strategic initiatives to unlock new pockets of demand working closely with agencies plus local and global internal stakeholders. + **Campaigns** : Execute pilot campaigns, implement a pipeline of test-and-learn opportunities to increase growth and translate outcomes into actionable insights. + **Innovative Solutions** : Champion innovative marketing solutions that leverage data-driven approaches. + **Strategy:** Support the Marketing Manager in developing strategies that drive prospect consideration through the funnel and prospect journey. + **Market Analysis** : support market research in collaboration with research agencies to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to inform strategic decision-making. + **Internal analysis** : Support forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis. + **Collaborate** closely with partners in Marketing, central capabilities teams, Compliance and GCO to develop and deploy strategies, ad-tech capabilities, and creative messaging to excite and convert prospects. + **Governance** adhering to the highest standards ofbusiness conduct to ensure we exceed regulatory and compliance expectations. + **Support and celebrate our inclusive culture.** **Minimum Qualifications** + 3-5 years of Marketing experience in large organizations. + Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to manage projects and operate in white space. + Attention to detail and organisational skills. + A good understanding of the media and creative briefing process and campaign development. + Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills. + Proficiency in analysing data and generating insights coupled with good written and verbal communication. + Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo. + Good initiative and problem-solving skills – finding a way around obstacles and challenges with a positive attitude. **Qualifications** We back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
