The Demand Generation Specialist II supports the planning, execution, and optimization of B2B demand generation programs with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) strategies. This role is critical in implementing and maintaining the marketing technologies and nurture programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within a self-serve funnel. Reporting to the Marketing Automation Team Lead, this role collaborates closely with the entire Demand Generation team, as well as cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure campaigns align with business objectives. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Partner with the Demand Generation Manager team and stakeholders to build and execute targeted multichannel campaigns, including email communications, nurture sequences, and outbound prospecting strategies that align with PLG objectives. + Use CRMs and data enrichment tools for more targeted and effective campaigns. + Support the implementation of campaigns that align with customer journeys, ensuring nurturing, engagement, and activation within the PLG funnel. + Coordinate with the Demand Generation and Content team on content creation, scheduling, and deployment across various channels to align with campaign objectives and ensure timely delivery. + Build and maintain responsive email templates, landing pages, and workflows that meet performance standards and ensure consistency across devices and browsers. + Manage and optimize the lead lifecycle, including lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and enrichment. + Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure accurate lead flow, prioritization, and alignment with CRM data. + Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and lead progression through the funnel. + Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests across email, landing pages, and outbound campaigns to improve engagement. + Ensure campaigns adhere to regulatory standards, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant requirements, while maintaining high deliverability and sender reputation. + Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all channels. Salary Range: $70,000 - $95,000 **EDUCATION:** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Marketing, Business, or Advertising preferred). **EXPERIENCE:** + 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, marketing automation, or a related field. + Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and lead enrichment tools. + Experience with PLG funnels and SaaS/B2B environments is highly desirable. **COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:** + Strong experience with marketing automation platforms. + Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. + Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance deriving actionable insights to optimize ROI. + Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. + Ability to develop innovative solutions to meet campaign challenges and continuously improve on strategies. + Passion for understanding customer behavior and designing campaigns that align with their needs.
