We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented integrated marketer to join our Demand Generation Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Campaigns & Demand Generation, this critical role will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel enterprise marketing campaigns that drive marketing-sourced and influenced revenue.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of IT buyer behavior, B2B buying groups, and persona-driven marketing. This marketer is skilled in leveraging data insights, AI-powered tools, and automation to create engaging, personalized experiences across digital and traditional marketing channels. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating cross-functionally to drive demand, optimize performance, and accelerate pipeline growth.
What will you do:
Develop & Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including paid media, email, social, webinars, content syndication, ABM, and events. End-to-End Demand Gen for Campaigns: Drive execution, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned, deliverables are met, and timelines & budgets are maintained. Optimize for Revenue Impact: Measure and refine campaigns using critical KPIs, including pipeline influence, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI. Leverage AI & Automation: Utilize AI-driven marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation to optimize campaign performance, targeting, and personalization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales Enablement, and external agencies to align strategies and maximize impact. Content Strategy & Creative Execution: Work with designers and content teams to develop compelling marketing assets that align with campaign goals. Performance Reporting & Insights: Track key campaign metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to inform future strategies.
What you bring to Fortinet:
3-5 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing Experience in developing and executing full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue Strong understanding of B2B buyer behavior, IT personas, and enterprise sales cycles Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) Experience with AI-driven marketing, personalization, and analytics tools is a plus Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and content engagement platforms like PathFactory Strong analytical skills—able to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and make data-backed decisions Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment A passion for marketing innovation, digital transformation, and continuous learningWhy Join Us?

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Earnings for this position are expected to be $100,000 - $160,000 Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
