Job Description The DMCP Expert/Manager supports the DMCP team in ensuring sufficient network coverage and capacity to meet the needs of the customers. This involves analyzing network performance, contributing to demand forecasting, and supporting capacity planning initiatives to proactively address future needs.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demand Forecasting and Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive work plan for demand forecasting, including the nomination process with demand indicators, site prioritization based on demand and business needs, identification of cluster needs and requirements through research and fieldwork, competitive assessment of capacity distribution and subscriber share, and analyze reports from the demand analytics team and collaborate with Sales to validate and refine forecasts.
Capacity Assessment and Planning
Analyze current and future network capacity needs by reviewing internal data and forecasts
Identify gaps and develop solutions to meet those needs, including facility upgrades and expansions. Formalize these plans in an annual cluster work plan for submission to the Head of DMCP
Stakeholder Management
Provide timely feedback and escalate issues/concerns related to facility requests to relevant business units or lead/head of DMCP
Collaborate with Sales, Technology, Network Operations, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment on demand and capacity plans
Push relevant groups for timely execution of action plan items for DMCP programs
Coordinate with other CFUs or corporate-wide build project owners for budget sharing and project inclusion
Actively participate in corporate-wide build/augmentation projects to advocate for inclusion of specific geographic areas
Project Management
Lead special projects related to demand management and capacity planning
Ensure timely and effective delivery of DMCP initiatives
Reporting and Analysis
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to network capacity and utilization
Prepare reports and presentations for management on DMCP activities and performance
Coordinate with the Sales Analytics team to obtain necessary data and reports for demand and capacity planning
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years experience in Sales/Market Analysis, Business Intelligence, or equivalent
IT/Telco, Consumer Electronics Retail industry experience
Strong understanding of Project, Operational, and People Management
Experience in Cross-functional Team Management and Customer Service
Organizational Understanding
Product & Service Knowledge
Sales Business Process Understanding
Market, Business and Industry Understanding
Network Builds and Process Understanding
Business Analytics
Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
