Get to know the Team

You will sit within the Demand Operations team of GrabFood and GrabMart. It is an established team responsible for leading crucial projects that affect the lives of our demand in Indonesia. Your team will be made up of different functions focusing on demand operations. If you are looking for an opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in this industry and affect society, then you should join our team!

Get to know the Role

Part of the core GrabFood Demand team. Support cities and central Demand strategy planning to perform demand operations in effective and efficient approach by identifying operational pain points, developing internal process and initiatives. You will be reporting to the Manager and the role will be fully based onsite at the Headquarter office.

 

The Critical Tasks You will Perform:

Develop and improve operational processes for new and existing campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to operate campaignsGather insights to improve product capability and efficient operations process for supporting demand planning.Prepare regular reports on campaigns participations and team key performance indicators achievementLead and optimize productivity of a large team across various campaign operations functions.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Need:

Bachelor's DegreeMin. 2+ years of experience in OperationsStrong communication skills in English & BahasaAdvanced proficiency in Ms Excel / Google SheetExperience in planning and executing complex tasksAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExcellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
