Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition** Responsible for MG S&OP, order-related matters and forecast. **Responsibilities** •Gather S&OP data and analyze information to develop a production plan to accommodate customer demand within practical production capabilities and balances the often conflicting objectives of employment stability, efficient manufacturing and appropriate inventory levels to achieve optimum costs. • Supervise and control new sales orders, identifying the key elements and communicate downstream for required actions. Serve as primary contact for order-related matters, such as customer inquiries, primary escalation process and back orders. • Support oversight and analysis and development of complex attachment forecasts utilizing the latest tools available to compensate for changes in dealer ordering behavior. Monitor attachment inventory daily and develops schedules to achieve inventory turns goals while maintaining good availability on key attachments to compensate for order changes and diversions from stock inventory. •Responsible for key supply chain performance indicators across velocity and order-to-delivery for MG. **Skill Descriptors** Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
