As a Demand Planner, you will collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate the demand management process, generating a forecast for several Stryker product groups in the APAC market.

Responsibilities:
Development of the baseline statistical demand forecast using inputs from the Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments while also providing value-add intelligence from global insightsLead and facilitate the monthly demand meetings between the Sales division leaders, Finance and Supply ChainAdvise management on future inventory spend and communication of forecast into global Integrated Business Planning processConducts root cause analysis and corrective action planning to understand sales forecast accuracy and bias performance to support the feedback to Sales and Marketing teamsProvides the detailed analysis and reporting of forecast trends and accuracy to annual sales/operating plan to identify, communicate, and address gapsResponsible for suggesting and maintaining ERP System Master Planning Families based on their relevance, as per the planning timetableSkills & Requirements:
Proven experience in demand planning/management and financial planningExcellent communication, influencing and negotiation skillsProven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the entire business and a talent for networkingTalent for translating technical information to all audiences and turning complex insights into a storyHighly proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power BI etc.) and multiple ERP systemsStrong knowledge of the end to end supply chain and the impacts of the Demand signalCulture & Benefits
