Demand Planner is the key role for Veropharm, responsible for Forecast Accuracy and leading Sales and Operations Planning process.

Responsibilities:

Lead monthly Sales and Operations Planning process across all functions including holding management meeting; ensure that consensus plan is aligned with all participants;Ensure S&OP process is effective and matches strong Abbott Standards;Validate sales forecast is based on sustainable and reliable assumptions; analyze deviations and drive forecast improvement;Track commercial and Inventory risks and opportunities, provide identified insights to the manager and other stakeholders;Monitor stock in trade and reconcile secondary sales;Perform sales analysis (incl price-volume); prepare, design and adapt sales reports and present it to management and other stakeholders;Market trend analysis;Contribute to financial planning cycle: regular templates, ad-hock analytics preparationExecute technical forecasts submission to corporate systemsLeading new planning and forecast system implementation;

Requirements:

2+ years within Sales Planning function in multinational corporations.Pharmaceutical industry will be as advantage;Economics/ Finance/ degree;Upper - Intermediate English level;MS Excel: mastery of mass date analysis;Ability to visualize and address the root cause of opportunities and issues;Strong in communicating framing including presentations, interactions with different stakeholders, proactive in information sharing;Flexible and proactive approach to work with ability to cope in a high-pressure environment with multiple requests to be handled to tight deadlines.
