About This Opportunity As a Demand Planner with our InCentives team, you will provide operational support and serve as a project coordinator with our incentive and rewards products. The position involves administrative management of our B2B products including working on a wide variety of reporting and data, coordinating projects, and collaborating with finance teams, sales teams, and external clients and partners. We are looking for a self starter who is highly organized, has a reputation for being trustworthy, and who is proficient with MS Excel. This is an ideal position for a Demand Planner, Inventory Specialist, Administrative Clerk or Accounting Clerk with an interest in technology, skills in business processes and continuity, intermediate to advanced skills with MS Excel, i.e familiarity with pivot tables, v look ups, and basic formulas. Strong English and Spanish language skills are required. Responsibilities Assist BD Manager in dispatching and managing all B2B orders Update received and shipped product reports for internal and external costumers. Define the priorities of orders to be processed in the warehouse. Ensure shipments are made on time. Manage and tracking all the B2B sales E2E Produce and monitor product and sales reports Generate quotes Follow up to all the new leads that we received from our Marketing Campaign Process payments requests Manage and monitor product activations Report on marketing performance Provide regularly scheduled updates to leadership and broader sales team Generate and communicate reports, both internal and external, including analyzing and identifying trends Proactively manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback Partner with internal operations staff and business development teams to launch new accounts Contract evaluation and tracking across accounts KYC distributors management and renewal Qualifications 2 + years' administrative experience English and Spanish communication skills required. Advanced experience with MS Office; (Excel & PowerPoint) Experience providing customer service in a business environment.
