This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the organization while gaining hands-on experience in the field of operational planning and business insights. * Role Responsibilities* * Monthly completion of Canada’s Supply Chain reports into the NA Supply Chain Review and International Supply Chain Reviews. * Govern and own purchased finished goods planning for all items sourced outside the US & CA Manufacturing network. * Create and maintain demand plans for the Amazon, Better-for-you brands (ONE Brands and Lily’s) and any other assigned customer inside APO and Kinaxis Maestro. This includes weekly volume control and monthly customer volume reviews. * Supply Chain Waste governance collaborating with Sales planning and Sr. Demand Planners to eliminate inventory waste. * * _Monthly_* demand planning National & Customer WMAPE/BIAS analytics and *_Weekly_* Supply risk reporting. * Represent the Supply Chain function in the SKU Rationalization Committee and own the actions with Sr.Demand Planners & US Supply Planners to effectively orchestrate related item replacements, version transitions and discontinuations. * Owns the deductions clearing for all non-CPFR accounts with a target of zero uncleared deductions greater than 30days at the end of every month. * Govern annual key events (e.g. Summer offerings, Spring/Fall Bake Offerings, etc.) with US Supply Planners for Canada’s supply assurance. * All other tasks as may be required. * Education Requirements* * Post-Secondary education in Industrial Engineering/Business/Statistics/Mathematics/Operations Management * OSSD (or equivalent) with APICS CPIM (in good standing) or IBF CPF/ACPF (in good standing) acceptable. * Skills & Experience* * At least 2 years of experience in an analyst capacity within Demand Management (Demand Planning or Supply Planning or Sales Planning) in CPG/Pharma/Beauty/Retail environments. * Advanced proficiency in MS Tools ( Power BI, MS-Excel, Powerpoint) * At least 2 years hands-on proficiency in SAP APO/IBP for demand planning is required but will consider similar hands-on experience in other demand planning software. * Proficiency in JDA purchase planning module. * S4 HANA experience is a must. * Familiar with Kinaxis Maestro ( or similar planning platforms like o9, OMP+, KetteQ) is nice to have. * _Benefits & Perks of working with us:_* * Strong work-life balance values (flextime and work from home options available) * Flexible dress policy – this includes jeans! * Working in a LEED certified and open concept environment. * Corporate social responsibility programs - because we should leave the world a little better than we found * …of course, some of the world’s leading chocolate & sweets at your fingertips! / Together, we’ll make more Moments of Goodness./ / Get to know us more on our LinkedIn:/ /Hershey Canada Inc./ / We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
