From managing sales forecasts to overseeing customs clearance, you'll be at the forefront of our logistics operations. This is a full-time position at our head office in Hamar. You will report to Finance Manager Norway. Here's what you'll be doing . 📈 Sales forecast + Updates of the Norwegian market sales forecast. + In collaboration with KAM and sales manager in Norway, gather information needed for the calculation of the sales forecast. + Communication with internal functions in the Barilla group to secure the most correct flow of goods into our warehouse in Hamar. + Follow-up of incoming goods flow, stock level and out of stock situation. + Prepare and distribute campaigns sheets for central campaigns. 🛃 Customs clearance: + Responsibility of the customs clearance of all imports for Barilla Norge AS. + Maintenance of goods register in accordance with customs tariff number and country of origin. + Keeping up to date on rules related to import of food. 🤝 Customer service: + Back up for custom service when absence due to annual leave. + Carry out discount settlements in our CRM system (Tradesolution Increase) and some assistance with other discount settlements. + Back-up on updating/maintenance of the Tradesolution registers/EPD registers 🎓 Wanted qualifications: + Experience from a similar position. + Knowledge of relevant legislation for the import and customs clearance of goods. + Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal. + Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. + Ability to work structured and have a good overview. + You have a relevant education, for example in economics or administration or any other cool equivalent. As a person, you are structured, accurate and responsible. You work well both independently and in a team. You are flexible and have the ability to be solution-oriented in a sometimes hectic everyday life.
