Demand Planning Assistant Manager

 What you can expect from the role?  

Generate an integrated volume demand plan (0-24months rolling) for his/her portfolio based on demand drivers for both short-term S&OE and medium to long term S&OP. 

Analyze actualization of demand drivers by reviewing historical sales and data at appropriate level of detail and horizon (Actual vs. Plan) and coordinating with cross functions including CSP, CDE, marketing, CMI, etc to understand drivers performance. 

Generate baseline forecasting including understanding historical sales, cleaning data, applying statistical models & machine learning. 

Identify and reconcile adhoc volume for managing risks and opportunities. 

Coordinate with MSO planner to monitor customer service performance 

KPI’s Reporting (Forecast BIAS, Accuracy, etc) & deep dive analysis for root cause and improving actions. 

Operate Kinaxis and Splanner as DP key user. 

Demand movement tracking, highlight key variances and adjust forecasts accordingly. 

Creates volume forecasts for new products / innovations, special packs jointly with marketing & CSP team 

Deploy new demand planning tools/ digital initiatives including machine learning/ Anaplan to continuously improve forecast quality. 

Together with SC planning manager to improve S&OP effectiveness and forecast quality.  

 Does this sound like you?  

Bachelor’s degree in SC management or equivalent 

Good written and verbal English 

Strong data analytics, communication, storytelling & stakeholder management 

Strong Excel skills, Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI. 

Proficiency in Kinaxis, SAP, digital tools is a plus 

(4+) years’ relevant experience in supply chain, projects management is a plus 

Quick learner, team player, problem solver
