From paper, ink & toner, to technology and custom print, we deliver the right products at the right value, plus an unmatched assortment of over 900 instant rewards available with every order. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Lead the Quill Planning Team to drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and process improvements. + Develop and execute demand planning strategies to support cross-category operations, ensuring seamless SKU selection, deployment, and forecasting. + Collaborate with Merchants, Analytics, and Inventory teams to implement best practices and maintain planning alignment. + Manage forecasting processes, clarify ambiguity, and develop solutions to adapt to market changes. + Oversee FC Deployment strategy for all Quill SKUs, ensuring proper replenishment and inventory balance. + Analyze demand trends, identify risks/opportunities, and implement data-driven decision-making. + Lead a team of 2-3 planners, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. + Support ad hoc projects and analytical initiatives to drive operational efficiency. **What You Bring to the Table:** + Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic business recommendations. + Experience working cross-functionally with Merchants, Analysts, and Supply Chain teams. + Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain best practices. **What’s Needed – Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field. + 5+ years of managerial experience in forecasting, demand planning, or inventory management. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access). + Experience with JDA, MMS, WMS, or similar inventory planning systems. + Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. **What’s Needed – Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies. + Knowledge of retail or B2B inventory planning processes. **We Offer:** + Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups + Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays) + Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
