1. Sales Forecasting
• Review and analyze forecasts (Sell IN and Depletions) demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends.
• Generate time series statistical forecasts on Depletions when relevant.
• Monitor the trade inventories to ensure the coherence of the Sell IN Forecasts.
• Collaborate with channel sales, trade marketing and marketing to ensure and track assumptions and adjustments to forecast are included in the monthly demand cycle.
• Analyze and upload timely and accurate periods of 18 months forecasts on a monthly basis.
• Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings.
2. Sales Planning
• Collaborate with channel sales and line manager in the creation of sales goals with solid market intelligence acumen to support the building blocks
• Identify gap vs. global allocation and prepare valid assumptions to justify the numbers
• Track the sales progress to raise R&O
3. S&OP and Transformation Projects
• Drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP processes
• Measure, control and improve forecast accuracy through clearly defined metrics
Requirement• 5 years of working experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience in managing statistical methods (preferably with R, or Python) actively used in operational environments.
• Expertise in manipulating large datasets to provide strategic insights and performance reporting, ideally with R and shiny.
• Ability to work across multiple data sources
