Position Overview:

Lead the Demand Planning and Forecasting processes for CPS North America (2 CPS Plants: Puerto Rico CRI & Atlanta Beverage Base BBP) with focus on the entire USA, Canada and Puerto Rico markets – by tracking and creating the demand plans, working closely with the Supply Planning and Finance functions, as well as other Shared Services Functions (P&P), Bottlers, CCNA Plants (Dallas-Columbus-Ontario-and other totaling approximately 35) and Operating Unit partners. USA, Canada and Puerto Rico represent 50% (aprox.) of all West (America’s) Volume


What you´ll do for us:

Collect information from SAP to build the sales demand plans (RE, RS, BP) to drive business decisions in collaboration with CPS Plant Leadership teams. On-going business activities such as S&OP’s, Rolling Estimate, Business Planning, BCP and other must be supported by this process. Provide detailed analysis of these plans, leveraging data segmentation, through an understanding of the demand drivers, risks and opportunities and issue recommendations to the SC SS and Plant LT’s.Establish routines with CCNA to work collaboratively on demand plans, identifying demand issues and improving the quality of the demand signal to CPS. These routines include various functions within CPS, Supply Planning/Scheduling (AZ Pack, Canada, Foodservice), finished goods planning and sometimes CCNA IT.  Partnering with CCNA by leading these routines require interactions at various organizational levels, from plant schedulers to BU Directors.Participate in and support the routines required with the plant teams in terms of managing and delivering the ongoing detailed demand requirements and the materials planning needs and ensuring the business is correctly planning for immediate and long-term demand.Manage the Demand Plans for Canada and Puerto Rico by collaborating with the Customers (Bottlers/OU/Platforms) to establish a consensus forecast. Ensure system data accuracy in APO to deliver accurate realistic demand plans to the Plants.Integrate the regional Demand Planning team as member of the Shared Services team, driving process improvement across the region, periodically manage key tasks and initiatives, as required for standardization and continuous improvement and by the team back-up plans.Responsible for reporting demand KPIs and establish root cause analysis and improvement actions in the demand field which positively impact the downstream processes and CPS global KPIs, OTIF & Inventory losses. Ensure system data accuracy through the validation of weekly / monthly demand plans, and APO master data maintenance.

Education Requirements:
University/Bachelor’s Degree

Fully Bilingual English/Spanish - Spanish/English

Related Work Experience:
5+ years’ experience in Customer Demand, Budget or Supply Planning areas. Strong business acumen on North America Supply Chain and Operations, and Demand Planning & Forecasting expertise.

Pay Range:

$92,600 - $114,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
