Make It Possible** As Demand Planning Manager Sweden, you will be accountable for the country Demand Planning process. You will lead demand planning activities for your assigned categories in country. You will also lead the demand review process and driving interactions with the cross-functional teams. + Together with your team prepare and communicate country forecasts according to the IBP process and act as a business partner to commercial functions and supply planning functions. + Co-responsible for achieving the customer service level target. Responsible for minimizing loss causes in forecast error, bias, stock with no demand and write-offs as well as waste. Co-responsible with supply planning for minimizing losses from supply deviations. + Lead the Swedish Demand Planning team to execute clear strategies and plans to ensure demand is managed in line within agreed targets and budgets. + Develop the skill and knowledge of your team by implementing the tools and trainings required. Maintaining and developing capabilities of the demand planning team, ensuring process optimization and effective use of resource. **How you will contribute** You will: + Manage, coach and develop direct reports to ensure the right levels of capability and performance are in place to meet the business requirement. By developing both skills and knowledge of DP and business. + Own the total forecast generation process including base forecast generation, collecting and challenging forecast elements from marketing & sales both in quantity and quality (e.g promo), owning the market cannibalization. + Represent the country CSL & Supply Chain “one voice” with the local business and in all key IBP meetings and ensuring alignment across the wider integrated supply chain and CS&L: + Participate to the pre-discussion with the business on the Demand input when relevant. + Lead Local Demand Review meeting & process. + Acting as an escalation point for Category Supply Chain related issues. + Gather & challenges inputs (both quantity & quality) and shares outputs from key category meetings. + Lead the team to: + Provide the different business stakeholder with a robust forecast (24-month horizon, weekly in APO DP, based on available assumptions). + Create country/category demand analysis, insight, and recommended actions for review in key IBP meetings. + Define and implement accuracy improvements through rigorous monthly KPI reviews at country/category /sku level.
