Demand Planning Specialist (m/w/d)

These are your tasks

Coordinate monthly S&OP Cycle together with Sales & Operations to ensure an accurate rolling 18-month forecast

Creating accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical methods to ensure Forecast Accuracy and improve planning processes

Working closely with sales, marketing, supply chain & RGM teams to align forecasts with business strategies and market conditions

Analyze demand planning KPIs and identify improvement opportunities to improve performance

You participate in the development and implementation of best-in-class Supply Chain tools (e.g., Anaplan), methodologies (e.g., S&OP meetings), and processes

Assist in data collection and reporting to ensure smooth Daily Operations

This is your profile

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

 You bring 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably within the FMCG sector, including potential internship experience

You have strong proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP), and possess excellent analytical skills

You have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

You are confident, self-motivated, and take initiative in your work, with the ability to work independently and proactively

You have strong negotiation and persuasion skills

You demonstrate a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow within the role

You are fluent in English; German or other language skills are a plus
