Position:   Demand Planning LeaderLocation:  Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

POSTION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

This position will be responsible for driving the operational actions needed to manage the Hardware forecasting process in support of the financial targets for the Retail and Hospitality lines of business.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Lead an operating rhythm with the Sales and Operations to set production forecast on a monthly basis.

Own the reporting and analytics surrounding the demand plan, working with Analytics team to develop actionable insights

Present and familiarize organization with demand plan, changes therein, and implications for business performance.

Lead and develop global team of demand planners and analyst

Liase with suppliers detailing major changes to demand plan

Coordinate ad hoc process and system improvements across functions with aim of bettering operational performance

Coordinate between the demand planning, supply planning, product ops, inventory, and finance teams to drive alignment.

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Supply Chain related profession including: Inventory Management, Demand Planning, Operations, and/or Financial Planning.

BA / BS Degree

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate and collaborate across the organization.

Solid project management skills, with the ability to execute and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical capability, using data to drive improvement actions.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters in Business Administration

Experience with and working knowledge of Supply Chain systems.

Experience with Salesforce

Skill Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

Confident and friendly demeanor and able to adapt to different cultures to ensure effective virtual team working   

Work effectively with stakeholders at different levels in the organization

Organize, prioritize and complete tasks with minimal supervision

Flexible approach to managing monthly workload peaks to ensure commitments are met recognizing different region time zones when working within a global team

Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel advanced functions and being able to manipulate large volumes of data quickly and summarize effectively
