Demand & Project Management Specialist - Senior

 

 

 

Your role in a nutshell: 

 

Be the driving force for the digitalization of our partner and develop digital customer journeys that enable the best digital shopping experience for customers. You are part of an agile, dynamic and cross-functional team with you being responsible for the development of internal projects across all phases to shape our future. 

 

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

•    Be the key interface between the requesting (business units, marketing & sales, operations) and the implementing units (web delivery team, UX & IT delivery units) and act as a Business Analyst.
•    You design detailed, functional and customer-journey-oriented solution concepts in order to implement or expand functions, products and projects in the online lifecycle environment with the aim of increasing the online share in sales & service as well as the commercial goals (esp. contract prolongations)
•       Manage and keep track of incoming requests, process them via the automated Demand Management Process.
•     Assure the quality of information provided by Demand Requestors.
•    Evaluate potential risks and report them to the immediate supervisor.
•    Ensure all new demands are suitable for decision making and have a clear scope. 
•    Create Demand Board documentation (agenda, minutes), present all demand assessment forms to stakeholders and gather approval. 
•    Assure the quality of deliverables and improvements.
•    Escalate issues that require intervention.
•    Provide regular status update to the management, keep all stakeholders appropriately informed.
•    Give input to process improvement, to increase efficiency and effectiveness of all Demand Management process activities.
•    You support the analysis and evaluation of customer journey KPIs and other commercial reports

What you will bring to the team:

 

•    A university degree with at least 4-5 years of professional experience (ideally in the areas of demand management, business analysis, process analysis or eCommerce)
•    You have experience in (technical) project management
•    You have very good written and spoken English and at least basic German skills.
•    Very good conceptual skills as well as analytical and strategic thinking skills and strong communication skills.
•    Decision-making and problem-solving skills
•    A very high degree of initiative, commitment and organizational skills.
•     Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry
