Demand Supply and Logistics Senior Analyst

How you´ll make an impact

This position is a key player in identification and driving of improvement projects impacting design, efficiency and compliance aspects of the function.

Besides, he/she ensures items are set up & maintained for distribution in full compliance and alignment with LATAM regulatory & quality departments.

Provide guidance to departments (such as clinical, sales, marketing, legal, etc.) seeking to manage product flow including issues resolution with increased complexity and with higher level of autonomy

Process LATAM master data maintenance requests in accordance with global Master Data Organization procedures, policies, guidelines and governance and their implementation

Propose solutions for improvements of work methods capturing local master data requirements

Participate in NPD & supply chain strategies to provide relevant insights of supply chain procedures covering all aspects of product distribution control matters

Act as SME to various groups in LATAM like CS, Supply Chain, Warehousing on matters relating to product distribution issues resolution

Create and maintain processes and procedures (e. g. SOP’s) for applicable Supply Chain functions

Identify and implement process improvements through introduction of appropriate works flow, data upload tools, policies and procedures

Act as the main counterpart for the Global Master Data Specialist to ensure global driven change is compliant with local procedures & distribution practices

Troubleshoot data issues, validate results, recommend and implement process improvements

Ensure relevant communication with local stakeholders and impacted process teams

What you will need

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of previous experience in Demand, Supply & Logistics

Fluent English mandatory. Spanish is desired

What else will help you

Strong analytical and statistical skills

In-depth experience working in ERP systems, preferably JDE

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Result oriented. Accurate.

Advanced skills in data analysis utilizing MS Excel and possibly QlikView

Capability to work independently and in a geographically dispersed team

Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems

Adaptability — Ability to react to change in an efficient manner

Complex Problem solving – identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions

Prioritization — Ability to establish a hierarchy of importance to a number of tasks or needs and to organize work accordingly

Strong communication, presentation, attention to detail, interpersonal and system skills are key

Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
