Position Summary:
Responsible for developing and executing demand plan and inventory plans that will enable the company to meet sales and service objectives. Plans the delivery of components to meet production or customer demand. Issue and maintain purchase orders for appropriate quantities. Communicate with suppliers to ensure product quality, delivery and cost requirements are being met. Collaboration with other members of the supply chain, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to achieve these objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Regular review and update safety stock or ROP for market fluctuation, ensure the correct data in ERP system to trigger MRP.Evaluate key plants’ supply capacity, understanding main constraints & identifying risks and opportunity, initiating actions to mitigate the gap, and ensure timely support to demand.Monitor and evaluate supply performance, work to improve supplier capability and flexibility.Contribute to set initial forecast & replenishment flow and inventory setup for new products during product lifecycle change.Work out inventory planning to support revenue achievement, including design and regular review replenish strategy, stocking policy & relevant parameters such as safety stock, lot size, MOQ etc. according to different business mode; monitor inventory and slow moving, take actions to improve inventory structure and reduce on E&O.Responsible for monitoring and continuously improving on forecast accuracy performance.Lead and optimize SIOP process, actively involved in forecasting process, and responsible for alignment with commercial, finance & global BU teams.Support to fulfill customer requests and revenue targets in daily work.Support other related tasks and projects depends on business needs.Qualifications:Knowledge or Experience:
At least 3 years of supply and demand relevant experience in MNC.Office softwareERP & MRP system knowledge & OperationTrade compliance and logistic knowledgePractical process improvement or continues improvement relevant experience.Fundamental financial awarenessCapability:
Oral & Written EnglishHave a basic understanding of the fundamental concepts and principles of SIOPExcellent Communication skillStrong logical thinking, good at data analysis
