**Position Profile**
The Dementia Program Coordinator will help in the day-to-day support for the Supportive Care for Dementia Program such as scheduling, customer service focused communication, data creation and tracking as well as team-oriented support.
**This is a hybrid role.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Provides administrative and phone support for the Supportive Care for Dementia Program.
+ Performs staff assignments and scheduling.
+ Performs accurate and timely data entry.
+ Provides administrative support for Contracts and Grants.
+ Maintains and enhances professional skills.
+ Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative support role in healthcare, education, or quality improvement background is strongly preferred.
+ Previous administrative/project support experience.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficient computer skills.
