Responsibilities:

As the Demi Chef, reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:  

\n\nContributes to a creative and contemporary dish including “special menus” following trends and demands in the restaurant and events\nA dietary requirements wizard\nContributes to a safe, happy and productive work environment\nContribute to the control of costs\nMaintain hygiene and safety standards in the pastry kitchen\nA Work, Health and Safety ambassador\n\n

About You:

\n\nHave full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)\nPhysically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)\nGreat flexibility and availability\nMinimum 2 years experience in a similar role (hotel background preferable)\nWhen the pressure’s on, you shine even brighter, handling everything with ease and grace\nMaster of the clock and the clutter!\n\n
