The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24-hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from. 

 

We are looking for a talented and passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join a fantastic team within our Classic British restaurant, Wild Carrot. Working within a brigade under the guidance of our Executive Chef you will be part of a professional team with a focus on service delivery and execution. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes for our various outlets

Support the Chef de Partie in managing your section of the kitchen

Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety are maintained at all times

Work collaboratively with the team to create an unforgettable dining experience

Contribute fresh ideas and learn new techniques from our talented chefs

Who We Are Looking For:

A passionate chef with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Knowledgeable in kitchen operations and culinary techniques

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

A team player who takes pride in creating delicious dishes

Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining the highest quality standards
