Job Description:
The Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in the hotel's kitchen. Working under the guidance of the Chef de Partie, this role involves ensuring kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and maintaining high standards in food production. The Demi Chef de Partie will also assist with inventory management, assist in training junior staff, and ensure efficient kitchen operations during service.

Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards and recipes.Assist the Chef de Partie in managing kitchen sections.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.Ensure timely and high-quality food delivery during service hours.Assist in inventory control and ordering supplies as required.Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar position within a hotel or restaurant.
