We are currently looking for a Demo Coordinator (m/f/d) to join the EMEA Application Team in Waldbronn, Germany. 

Become a key player in Agilent’s Life Sciences and Applied Markets Group, collaborating with a professional team of Application Specialists across four Centers of Excellence in Europe. 

Work closely with both the Application Specialists and the sales team to support and manage the dynamic activities of the EMEA application specialist team. 

 

In this role you will: 

Coordinate dynamic activities of the application team, including demos, sample analysis, and more, using the innovative DART tool. 

Serve as the go-to person for the team, ensuring seamless communication and support. 

On-board and train new users, making their transition smooth and effective. 

Work closely with IT and the team to maintain and evolve the DART tool, ensuring it meets the highest standards. 

Organise and host on-site customer visits, VIP events, and internal trainings that leave a lasting impression. 

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the application specialist team, ensuring everyone has the resources they need. 

Qualifications

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

Fluent in German and English (bonus points for any other language) 

Computer Skills: Proficient in IT with Advanced Microsoft Office Expertise 

Customer-Focused Experience: Whether you’ve worked in customer service, administration, or project management, your ability to support and delight customers is what matters most.  

Tech-Savvy Mindset: No technical degree? No problem, but you need the curiosity and ability to understand the basics of our technical services.  

Master Organizer: If you love planning, have an eye for detail, and enjoy keeping everything on track, you’re already ahead of the game.  

Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and turn challenges into solutions—your resourcefulness will shine here. 

Strong People Skills: Great communication and collaboration skills are key. You’ll connect with customers and colleagues with empathy and diplomacy.
