The Demo Engineer is responsible for scaling up the technical aptitude of the Q Branch Demo Engineering team and acting as a technical liaison between the Q Branch team and the Solution Engineers. To achieve this, the Senior Demo Engineer / Demo Engineer will build expertise on all Salesforce products and leverage their technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the demo builds.Responsibilities:Oversee proof of concept demonstration builds across Salesforce products and technologiesWork with Solution Engineers to define realistic deliverables and deadlinesHands-on contribution on assists / projectsManage project queues and allocate appropriate bandwidthTechnical liaison between multiple parties involved (Solution Engineers/Demo Engineers/DE Management)Build expertise on all Salesforce products and equip the team on the sameIdentify emerging technologies, facilitate training and knowledge sharing among the teamArchitect and oversee special assignmentsPrioritize projects, ensure delivery and quality within timelinesAssist Demo Engineering Management in hiring and developing top technical talent in the regionConduct self with the highest ethical standards and within the policies of the organizationLead initiatives on technology and personal developmentRequired Skills/Experience:4-5 years of Salesforce experience.Deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce productsSFDC Certifications (Admin / App Builder / Platform Developer I / AI Associate / AI Specialist etc.) a big plusExperience in technologies like APEX, LWC, AURA, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Salesforce LightningExperience in AI, including Prompt Building, Agentforce and Data Cloud is a big plusSolution Engineering experience with proven performance a big plusApplication architecture experienceProcess and efficiency orientedAnalytical decision makingExemplary verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
