The unregistered dental assistant supports the provider by preparing patients for treatment, assisting during procedures, obtaining radiographic images, instrument sterilization and providing oral health education and clinical instruction to patients.

License/Certification RequirementsNew Jersey Dental Radiology
Basic Life Support Certificate AHA
