Position Overview: Are you passionate about dental care and eager to serve those who serve our country? Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team at Naval Station Great Lakes in Illinois. Responsibilities:

Assist dental professionals during patient examinations and treatmentsPrepare patients for dental procedures and maintain proper infection control measuresTake and develop dental x-raysProvide patient education on oral hygiene practices and post-operative careMaintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of an accredited dental assistant programCertification as a Dental Assistant preferredPrior experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferredProficiency in dental software and digital imaging systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team
