Dental Digital Lab Technician

To teach and assist 3rd and 4th year students with their clinical cases they are required to finish before graduating. The lab technicians guide the students in all aspects of Removable Prosthodontics lab work. Able to teach residents proper techniques of higher level laboratory procedures a Prosthodontist should know.

Must have the ability or willing to learn the digital side of Prosthodontic dentistry. The applicant should be computer savvy and able to work with the IT department to implement new technology to the Dental School.

- Fabricating dental and maxillofacial prosthesis
- Operating and maintaining CAD/CAM systems, 3D printers, and other digital dental equipment.
- Collaborating with residents to design and produce customized dental solutions.
- Ensuring the quality and accuracy of all dental prosthetic devices.
- Training and mentoring junior technicians and residents in both conventional and digital dentistry

May be required to move objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance of equipment.

Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
