Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job
Provides leadership and oversight to the assigned Dental clinics.Develops systems measures and goals and monitors system performance, adjusting resource allocation and administrative policies as needed to maximize quality and productivity.Facilitates effective communications systems and provides guidance and support for department supervisors, administrative and support staff.Develops administrative policies and procedures that provide quality improvement for staff and patient services; ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Responsible for financial oversight of the assigned clinics that includes the implementation and monitoring of the Dental budget; analyzes financial impact of changes in clinical activities and forecasts actual results versus approved budget; supports the development of the annual budget and assists management to develop capital purchases for the clinic; monitors and controls expenditures; maximizes cost efficiencies in the development of supply, equipment and inventory systems, managing operations and ensuring compliance within established budget targets for respective cost centers.Monitors patient satisfaction and responds quickly to all patient complaints or concerns; active planning and implementation of processes to improve customer satisfaction.Works actively with tribal and Native organizations to continuously improve care and to meet the needs of the community, and collaborate with community, state-wide and national programs, agencies, and initiatives as appropriate.Other Functions

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or administrative fieldPractice Management certification through MGMA, AAPC or similar organization preferredExperience Required
